The exhibition takes place in the CCA - arts centre Andratx, approx. 30 Min drive from Palma. This exhibition is dedicated to the origination of contemporary art from around the globe. Founded in 2001 by Jacob and Patrica Asbeak, the CCA offers around 4000 m² installation surface. Therewith, the CCA is the largest arts centre on the island and in Europe.

The current exhibition is called "Art Foundation Mallorca" and has already started in November 2009 and leads up to the middle of March 2010. So, there is enough time left to discover the numerous artworks. In addition, this exhibition aims to potential investors that are interested in supporting the artist's work.

More than 50 contemporary artists can be found at the Art Foundation Mallorca. Beside paintings, there are also sculptures, installations, graphics and photographers by the (inter)national artists. There are also single exhibition by one particular artists present.

The CCA arts centre can not only offer you arts at its best but also a cafe and a restaurant. Moreover, the CCA is a center for general event and congresses.

The art gallery is open from Tuesday to Thursday 10:30am to 4pm. There are no entry fees to the art gallery. However, for curated exhibitions, there is a price of 5 Euro to be paid.

Visitors interested in fine arts can take some unique photos from the numerous contemporary masterpieces that are offered  until the middle of March 2010.
